In 2006, Keystone Nonprofit Management Group began providing services to the Beaver County Association for the Blind (BCAB), located in Beaver Falls, PA. BCAB’s mission is to provide services to blind and visually impaired persons to promote independence, provide services to prevent blindness, and provide employment opportunities to persons who are blind or disabled.
